Brilliant Marketing Communications was established in July 2005. The key people of the company have over 15 years of experience in the advertising and marketing.

Brilliant was the first Estonian advertising agency to receive an ISO 9001 certificate called "The Planning and Enforcement of Marketing Communications". It was issued in September 2007 by the auditors of Bureau Veritas.

Brilliant is a member of the Estonian Association of Advertising Agencies – www.eral.ee – and also belongs to the international chain of independent marketing and creative agencies, Dialogue International – www.dialogue-international.com.

TNS Emor has ranked Brilliant among the top creative agencies in Estonia. Brilliant has also achieved the first place in the the yearly Äripäev Marketing Top.
